The most recent government guidance is for everyone to work at home if possible.  For many of us, working at home is a familiar and perhaps welcome experience, but to others it may be a new or challenging situation, causing many questions, practical hurdles and anxieties.  

We have searched the internet for online resources that you may find useful when adapting to your new work life, covering topics such as how to use video conferencing effectively, mental wellbeing and working at home, work at home with a family/ small children, lead teams remotely, and employment practices and rights.
