AGM
AGM 2025
The AGM 2025 will be held on Monday 13th October, commencing at 12noon at the Gallery in the Stables Block at Morden Hall Park, Morden Hall Road SM4 5JD. All are welcome to attend, and tea & coffee and light refreshments of sandwiches & cakes will be provided free of charge.
Parking in the carpark, operated by National Trust, is free for the first 1.5 hours and thereafter payable via the RingGo app or at meters on site (free to NT members). There’s ample bike storage for cyclists, and multiple public transport options.
The meeting is expected to last for 1.5 hours in total, starting with the formal AGM at 12:15pm led by our Chair, David Hall, to follow at around 12:45pm with refreshments and a presentation on the Children & Young People Work at Morden Hall and a brief history of the park concluding at around 1.30pm.

Our AGM 2022 will take place on Thursday, 1 December 2022, from 12.00 noon for a 12.15pm start at The Polka Theatre, 240 The Broadway, London, SW19 1SB.
The formal part of the AGM will be followed by a light buffet lunch and refreshments, and a CONNECT with Wimblecomm (Networking and Shared Learning Session).
