This is a great role for someone who is interested in social media and expanding their knowledge and skills with a fun community organisation. We have our own facebook, twitter and website accounts and mainly during the months June – September are active in the promotion of our food rescue activities which culminate in our Fruit Day each year. While busy June-Sep, the rest of the year is quiet so would suit a person who has other activities but likes doing an annual project. The group of donors, pickers and committee members are well organised and provide great information and photos which makes this job very enjoyable. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, passionate about our community and is interested in being part of a fun environment which encourages everyone to become involved.
