This is an exciting time join Polka Theatre’s busy and ambitious team, in the role of Trusts Manager, as part of the Development team, responsible for trust and foundation fundraising at Polka Theatre. We will consider applications for flexible working or freelance agreements.

What would you be doing?

You will oversee and manage relationships with a strong base of loyal funders alongside growing trust support from new sources. Trust funding largely enables Polka’s extensive Creative Learning programme so you will work closely and collaboratively with our creative learning team and other departments to communicate the impact of our work. The role will also encompass fundraising for the next phase of smaller-scale capital improvements and support reporting and engagement with our statutory funders.


Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per year pro rata, depending on experience (or freelance equivalent).

Hours: 35 hours per week excluding a lunch break of 1 hour, worked over 5 days. From time to time, additional hours may be necessary to fulfil the requirements of the post, including evenings and weekends (we operate a TOIL system for salaried staff).
