We are currently looking for two teachers to run our Saturday School here at our Community Centre in South Mitcham. We have a small group of children of about 12 ranging from 7-12 year old’s and the classes are from 9am-12noon.We are just running term time. This Saturday School is a funded group so carries no charge to the parents and helps those disadvantaged families who would otherwise not be able to afford extra tuition. The successful candidate would need to be up-to-date with the current Math’s and English curriculum and have the relevant qualifications and hold a current DBS certificate. You will need to be able to work on your own in planning, running and setting up the class. Feedback to the funder is essential and work progress to parents on request.
