Polka is looking for a new Visitor Services Manager to join its team. If you are a customer service expert with great people skills, this job might be for you. You will play an important role in ensuring the highest standard of service that Polka can offer its various visitors, working closely with the Head of Operations. You will manage the paid members of the Visitor Services team to create and maintain a friendly, efficient, welcoming, clean and safe environment for the theatre’s audiences and visitors in the venue, shop, café and across the Front of House (FOH) operation in general.
