A pivotal member of the team, we are looking for an inspirational Head of Operations and Visitor Services who enjoys managing people and will be an active member of the Senior Management Team.

What would you be doing?

You will ensure that Polka provides a friendly and efficient Visitor Service operation, and a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for visitors including families, schools and artists. You will be responsible for delivering key areas of commercial activity, including our thriving café and growing shop, and be passionate about continuously improving our environmental impact. With a strong knowledge of Health and Safety, you will have oversight of premises safety, management and security. You’ll be at the heart of making sure that Polka runs as efficiently as possible, helping to keep up our reputation as one of the UK’s most welcoming theatres.
