Community Support Volunteer

Job Description

We need a volunteer to assist our TBP staff on site during shop opening hours (10am to 6pm), preferably during Fridays and Saturdays. This is a great volunteering opportunity for someone who is passionate about cycling and wants to support a local charity. The role is based in our newly opened Colliers Wood shop. The role includes assisting mechanics with small repairs, assisting TBP staff during community days and events, assisting with in person customer queries and test rides, and spreading the word about our retail offer in the space, supporting TBP outreach strategy. Basic bike knowledge is desirable for this role, open to enquiries from someone willing to gain bike maintenance skills.
