Community Fridge Volunteer Coordinator

Job Description

Sustainable Merton is looking for a proactive and vigilant Volunteer Coordinator for Merton’s Community Fridge to lead their growing team of Fridge volunteers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with volunteer coordination experience to contribute to the development of their Community Fridge which, since opening in May 2020, now serves between 50-60 people each week. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Fridge volunteer coordination including regular communication with volunteers, scheduling, data collection, and recruitment. This is a 10-month fixed term contract to the end of January 2023, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.

Salary £21,000 Full Time Equivalent
