Research from Worcester Polytechnic Institute

Merton Connected is working with a group of students from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, who are doing some research on fundraising challenges for small charities in Merton.

The students have put together a brief survey to find out more about your experiences of fundraising within the borough, which will help Merton Giving to develop forthcoming grant-making programmes.

Please see the message from the students below, along with a link to complete the survey. If you have any questions about this research, do not hesitate to get in touch with myself by email or with the students on:

Email from WPI Students

Hello,

We would like to introduce ourselves as students who have been chosen to work with Merton Connected to evaluate fundraising challenges for small charities in Merton and develop grantmaking strategies to address fundraising gaps. We are delighted to be working on this project and have begun working on implementing our project proposal.

We have designed a brief survey to gather your insight, and your responses will help guide the creation of our grantmaking strategies. Additionally, we would be delighted if you would participate in an optional follow-up interview to further explore the funding gaps facing small charities.

Funders of local charities may click here to complete the survey.

Representatives of small charities may click here to complete our survey.

Thank you in advance for your participation,
