On Saturday 31st May 2025, a group of around seventy-five people – members of a range of religious traditions and interfaith groups, and those interested in spirituality – joined the Merton Interfaith Walk, an organised walk along the streets of south London, taking in eight venues over a distance of five miles. People came from all over the country to join the walk; some were local, showing their own places of worship or charitable initiatives, and others came from further afield – all united in the prospect of exploring a range of religions, and with proceeds from the day going to The Merton Homeless Project.
