Kooth: Online Support & Counselling for Young People

August can be a stressful time for young people and their friends and families as exam results are released on 18th August for A-Levels and 25th August for GCSEs.

NHS SW London are running a young people’s mental health campaign for the last two weeks of August, spreading the word about vital support that is available to help everyone affected.

Please help them spread the word by sharing the following with young people and parents/carers in your networks.

Kooth.com – Online Support & Counselling for Young People

  • The Kooth.com service offers a free, safe and anonymous place for young people to find online support and counselling.
  • A crisis phone line, 020 3228 5980, also runs from 5:00pm – 11:00pm and from 9:00am at the weekends.
