Raising children is a tough job at any time. But today’s mums and dads face the added challenge of bringing up their children without putting too great a burden on the planet.
Fortunately help is at hand in Merton through Merton Green Parents, an organisation set up specifically to help parents “make their parenting journey more sustainable”. Set up by community champion Hanna Dunnell on behalf of Sustainable Merton, Merton Green Parents is a group of local parents who share advice and ideas on how to make all aspects of parenting more eco-friendly.
