The former public toilets building on South Lodge Avenue has been disused for many years. Merton Council, with funding from the Mayor’s Office, is working on options for the space with a collaborative design team led by Okra. The aim of this research is to find out what local people need and how to turn the building and the bus stop area into something useful, creative and exciting for Pollards Hill, while also improving the bus stop area.
They want to work with Pollards Hill residents to shape the future of this building and how they bring it back to life. They would really love to hear your opinions and ideas for its future use. Please give your feedback via this survey: https://form.typeform.com/to/gf2OqwSH
Your responses will directly influence the proposals made for the site. Later in 2021, the team will share the proposals with you for further feedback. If you’d like more information about the project, you can find further details on the project website: https://www.pollardshill.space/
