Calling All Musicians
Are you interested in playing music with others, or collaborating and developing skills in music production and song writing?
The Team @Wimbledon Library are restarting the much loved Tuned In Jam Sessions with Jah Wobble and introducing an exciting program of Music Production and Song Writing Sessions, led by Jah and Jon Klein at the library’s new recording studio.
Monday Tuned In Jam Sessions with Jah Wobble
Tuned In Jam Sessions with Jah Wobble are back at Wimbledon Library! These sessions are open to anyone interested in meeting new people and playing music together.
If you are a local musician or someone who is interested in learning to play music with others do join them.
Their Monday sessions are held at Wimbledon Library and operate from 7pm to 10pm on the following dates:
20 June
4 & 18 July
1& 22 August
5 & 19 September
17 & 31 October
To register your attendance all you need is to complete the following registration form or you can just turn up and complete the form on the night.
Tuesday Night Music Production & Song Writing Sessions
The team @Wimbledon Library have also recently launched Tuesday night music production and song writing sessions. Hosted by John Wardle (Jah Wobble) and Jon Klein these sessions will take place in the newly installed recording studio and will work with a group of 4 people each time. Sessions will run from 7pm to 9pm.
If you are interested in attending please complete this registration form. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and there will be plenty of opportunities for everyone to be part of them.
The sessions will also help finalise plans for the impending Tuned In album, which will be released by Cherry Red Records, as well as developing your own music production and song writing skills.
