There’s More to Morden: Photographic Competition

As part of the “There’s More to Morden” neighbourhood project, Merton Heritage Service is running a photographic competition for anyone who lives, works or studies in Morden.

This takes the theme “What Morden Means to Me” – if you, or anyone you know would like to enter, please email a digital photo (no larger than 5MB) to: local.studies@merton.gov.uk.

We will also need your name, age – details of the age category for which you are applying, contact details and the title/location of your photo. The closing date for entries is 2 November 2002.

The best entries will feature in a two-week exhibition at Merton Civic Centre, starting on 17 November. A panel of judges will also select the winning three entries from each category. All entries will be added to our Merton Memories website www.merton.gov.uk/memories and used to raise awareness of Morden’s history amongst current and future generations.
