CARETAKER VACANCY DETAILS
- Job Share opportunity with existing employee.
- Contracted 16 hours per week; Thursday and Friday evenings and alternate Saturday.
- £10.85 per hour basic pay.
- Money purchase pension of up to 5% of total pay matching incumbent’s contribution.
- Performance Bonus giving potential for an additional 50p per hour on up to 16 hours.
- Scope for additional hours, at Weekends and on Mondays. Flexibility required to share these hours.
- 28 days holiday pa, including bank holidays, equating to 14 days paid holiday under the job share arrangement.
