13 year-old Avye & her mother Helene are crowdfunding to help reach their goal of delivering hands-on opportunities in coding, robotics, physical computing & 3D printing, to at least 1,000 girls each year.
Covid-19 has caused young people to miss out on many key benefits of educational & community settings whilst increasing the digital divide. This situation has led to a drop in confidence and self-esteem, many feeling forgotten, left behind, and that they will never be able to catch up.
Avye and Helene work tirelessly to give girls aged 10 to 14 access to Tech opportunities, and help them see their potential. Together they are driven to empower girls by providing free hands-on workshop events in coding, robotics, physical computing & 3D printing.
They are aiming to raise £10,000 and really hope you can support this project and ultimately help more girls into coding /Tech. If you want to support the girls, head to their crowdfunding page to learn more about this mission and donate what you can!
They look forward to receiving your support.
