It’s also a time when it’s good to connect with others in our community. What better way than getting out and about to one (or both) of two exciting Community Health Fairs, brought to you by Merton Health and Care Together in partnership with Lantern Centre and South Mitcham Community Association.
First up, the Lantern Centre Community Health Fair, hosted by The Lantern Centre in Raynes Park. Get help with your health – and even a free lunch! Organised by Merton Health and Care Together, this event is supported by Age UK Merton, Wimbledon Guild, The Alzheimer’s Society, St George’s Hospital, One You Merton, Merton Connected, Merton Uplift and many more!

Then, coming up in February, the Mitcham Community Health Fair, hosted by the South Mitcham Community Association Centre. Get free health checks and expert advise, and enjoy a free lunch! This event is organised by Merton Health and Care Together and supported by Age UK Merton, Merton Vision, Mind Space, Merton Uplift, Alzheimer’s Society, Wimbledon Guild and many more.
