Not a member yet? Merton based community venues/groups can join the Wimbledon Community Association on one of our 5 new membership plans. Contact us if you would like to network with other organisations and let Wimblecomm help you promote your venue/group, news, activities and community leadership.
Our next CONNECT Zoom session takes place on Monday, 10 May 2021 from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
- Ernest Ako, Project Coordinator at Sport Works, a UK leader in delivering Sport for Development programmes, will discuss how partnering with Sport Works could benefit our local communities.
- Updates from The Team @Wimblecomm will cover our 75th Anniversary Programme and new membership offer & Wimblecomm hub features, and Ben Garner (Wimbledon Guild) will introduce the Merton Moves Pledge which is a joint initiative by Merton Council and Wimbledon Guild.
- This will be followed by a roundtable discussion on AOB, including how venues are moving out of Lockdown and some common opportunities/challenges they face in preparing to #BuildBackBetter.
