AFC Wimbledon Foundation and The Nelson Health Centre are clubbing together for Community Health! They bring you a series of drop-in sessions for local residents of all ages this October.

• Come and grab a tea or coffee and hear more about the health and wellbeing activities and support AFC Wimbledon Foundation and The Nelson Health Centre have on offer for the local community.
• Staff from The Nelson will also be on hand, carrying out blood pressure tests.
