Holiday Camp Details:
Arts and Crafts Holiday Camp at St Mary’s Church, Wimbledon, SW19 7BT.
Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th February and Friday 5th April, 2024.
From 9.30am to 3pm each day.
Full Day: 9.30am -3.00pm £55
Please pack a morning snack / packed lunch / afternoon snack.
Half Day AM: 9.30am – 12.30pm £30
Please pack a morning snack.
Half Day PM: 12.30pm – 3.00pm
Please pack an afternoon snack.
Terms and Conditions
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Planet Art, or any of their staff, are not responsible for any injury during the class.
You confirm that you will not hold Planet Art liable for damaged or lost property, nor will we be responsible for stained clothing. Whilst we do provide protective aprons, we advise all parents to dress their children in old clothing.
Your child must be of Reception age and above and be able to follow instructions for activities. Your child must be able to carry out personal hygiene and go to the toilet by themselves.
You must acknowledge that risks from participation in arts and crafts classes exist due to the craft equipment used. Planet Art takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe and enjoyable classes.
Planet Art reserves the right to remove your child from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@planet-artclub.com
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don’t issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. We have to purchase materials and prepare craft kits for each child in advance, so we hope you understand.
If there are any sessions cancelled due to staff absence or extreme bad weather, Planet Art will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel the camp yourself, the following will apply:
2 weeks before the first day of the camp: 100% refund
After this until 1 week before the camp: 50% refund
6 days and less before the camp starts: no refund unless we can fill the place with a child on the waiting list. We have to purchase materials and prepare craft kits for each child in advance, so we hope you understand.
We are always happy to sort things out and hopefully find a replacement to get you a full refund. (This can’t be 100% guaranteed)
