Dance & Movement Workshops for 5-7 year olds
Join Takeshi to travel to Japan to become Ninja spies! Ninjas were stealthy secret agents of medieval
Japan, who were highly-trained in the martial arts. Join us to become a Ninja and learn how to pull off a
surprise attack in this dance and movement workshop with live music from your home.
All workshops take place on Zoom – a free-to-use online platform. Participants are also invited to source
household objects to join in, varying from pots and pans to sticks and leaves.
For this workshop, remember your adventure hat and your pocket full of imagination. And just a few other things if you can find them in your homes:
- A blanket or large bath towel
- Drawing materials (crayons and colours pens) and paper (5 sheets)
- A musical instrument (or anything you can make sound with)
Places are £6, and participants will receive an activity pack following the workshop containing the stamp to copy into their own Polka Passport, as well as other creative activities. To find out more, visit polkatheatre.com.
What is Passport to Polka?

and dance, led by Polka’s brilliant team of drama practitioners.
