Mitcham Carnival 2023 features over six hours of free entertainment for the family! We’ll have live performances on our main stage from the communities top talent, as well as countless shopping stalls, an array of food cuisines, and numerous festivities for children.

We’re pleased to introduce our new Sport & Culture Zone, which includes local sport, art, literature and wellbeing, as well as our new Community Marquee, featuring local information stands from our communities leading organisations and charities.

This year’s event celebrates the heritage of the Windrush Generation in Merton, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the arrival of the HMT Empire Windrush from the Caribbean. Watch out for our special One Love Parade at 11.45am.
