A growing number of businesses are placing the actions they can make in tackling the climate emergency at the heart of their business. Merton Chamber of Commerce, as the organisation representing business and Sustainable Merton as the local, expert environmental charity have come together to support businesses in their journey towards carbon neutrality.

They are pleased to welcome Katie Halter, Merton Council’s Climate Change Officer who will be outlining the important role businesses will play in helping the borough meet net zero by 2050.

They would then like to invite businesses to prepare a 2 minute presentation sharing 1 success and 1 challenge they have experienced in their journey to being more sustainable. Through engagement and understanding we can collectively discuss meaningful action points.
