Mencap Merton’s usual Saturday & Wednesday Hubs have been temporarily replaced by new on-line activities, Hub Connected!

Hub Connected!
When:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, 11.00 – 12.00 (requires internet access)
What:
Variety of activities (e.g. simple exercises in limited space e.g. chair exercises, quizzes, art e.g. drawing competition, Yoga, stress release techniques e.g. breathing exercises, chats on different topics) provided by the usual team members including Yogesh, Angela, Renu, Radek and Tom.
For:
Registered users of our suspended Saturday Hub + any other person with a learning disability who would like to take part.
Cost:
No charge – voluntary donations invited
