By learning about anger and irritability, this wellbeing workshop aims to help you understand more about overcoming barriers, becoming comfortable interacting with others and finding solutions, techniques and learning practical skills to help you improve your wellbeing.
When signing up to attend this workshop, you will be required to complete a registration form and a wellbeing questionnaire. You will receive an email regarding this to schedule a call to complete both of those over the phone with a member of the wellbeing team.
