Free Community-Led Health Check in Mitcham

Next Saturday 14th May, The Togetherness Community Centre, in partnership with the NHS and WCEN, are running a FREE health and wellbeing event. Come and get a locally led health check including blood pressure, diabetes ‘know your risk’ score and a chance to speak to a health coach. There will also be light refreshments.
