AFC Wimbledon Foundation, and The Nelson Health Centre, are clubbing together for community health with a series of drop-in sessions for local residents of all ages this October.

Come and grab a free tea or coffee and hear more about the health and wellbeing activities and support AFC Wimbledon Foundation and The Nelson have on offer.

Staff from The Nelson will also be on hand, carrying out blood pressure tests.
