About Us
Merton Friends of the Earth is a community group made up of volunteers working towards a greener, fairer planet.
As part of the Friends of the Earth network, we campaign for change locally and nationally. We strive to protect the natural world and the wellbeing of everyone in it. We collaborate with other groups in the London Borough of Merton and beyond for a clean, green neighbourhood, and we also support Friends of the Earth’s national and international campaigns.
From organising tree planting events to lobbying our local councillors and MPs, we campaign and develop projects on a range of issues to help tackle the climate and ecological crisis.
