Workout Wednesday with AFC Wimbledon Foundation is a great way to challenge yourself and stay active whilst staying at home. As you continue to wait for the reopening of gyms, and the return of your usual fitness classes, why not join our local club for 30 minutes of action?
Every Wednesday, they release a 30 minute workout which ranges from core workouts, to resistance and balance workouts, to leg day workouts. We may still be in lockdown, but you don’t have to miss another leg day!
