Ian Irwin, Customer Experience Officer at Merton Libraries, joins 75 Stories to discuss how our borough’s libraries make books, computers, information, and sensory experiences accessible to everyone in Merton.
As our libraries have developed, the range of services that they provide have increased, and these physical spaces have become cultural hubs where people can enjoy exhibitions, live music, classes, and enhance their skills. All these things contribute to the borough ‘being a busier and more interesting place’ and continue to make Merton Libraries an important part of our community.
Wimblecomm supports Merton Libraries by helping to generate enquiries about their many spaces for hire, raising awareness of the services that they provide, and collaborating with them on various levels. Watch their story below to learn more.
